Brian Fantana Posted December 19, 2011 Posted December 19, 2011 A Longmore Forest acess permit, this purchase of R100 per year improved my climbing dramatically! My 740mm low-riser bar was a good investment as well.
The_Break Posted December 31, 2011 Posted December 31, 2011 If I compare every single bit of equipment I have now to the equipment I had on my first bike, for sure, I am definitely a better rider time wise because of it besides the fitness factor. One can feel the difference between well engineered equipment and not so well engineered equipment for sure.
Mada3400 Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 i got a new bike and my attitude towards pushing completely changed, i reakon i got a 40-60% (i'm slow so its very possible) speed increase just because of the change in attitude
gummibear Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 I bought a set of Profile Stryke tri bars and i hope they make me a little faster.
Iwan Kemp Posted January 10, 2012 Posted January 10, 2012 Replaced the front Racing Ralph on 29er with a WTB Bronson. Extra grip = more speed through corners, around berms and a lot more confidence to push harder.
Let's Ride Posted January 10, 2012 Posted January 10, 2012 My new pillow makes me faster. Sleep better at night time.
