Okay, after being a bit p'd off earlier this week due to problems with my frame I would like to apologise to CWC!

I know things came out a bit wrong, like normally I was just super excited to continue training and wanted my bike ready within a day but unfortunately it was not possible due to small technical misunderstanding with a missing part when they replaced my frame...I would like to apologise and hereby would still be going to your shop asking for discount on your already low prices as I always do while enjoying my Saturday Vanilla Latte at Coffee Republic :D

In future I can recommend anyone who has got a problem rather talk to Chris jnr or Snr directly as they will sort it out right there....valuable experience learned is that email correspondence aint a way to do things, pick up the phone rather...or get face to face, like the way me and him sorted it out.

Thnx for sorting out the wheel issue, I am looking forward to take my TF2 to the race on Sunday...and trying my best as always showing off my Fondriest...

so Chris...I will sponsor you a beer next time!!

PS: I aint very good at apologies, but I apologise.

Thnx man, had a bit of a tummy bug, hope I didnt get to dehydrated! See you there

Get yourself some rehydrate - can only be good. smallh likes the lemon / lime flavour - I rather prefer the berries flavour.

Edit: you can change you signature now - Road machine - Fondriest TF2 powered by SRAM Force....when I eventually receive the bike!

Friggin awesome when someone has the guts to stand up and say sorry and to have their problems sorted.Agreed that in a perfect world the problem should never have been there but well then life would be boring.

Big up to you MTB Roadie for your apology her on the Hub,takes a real man to say sorry :)

Sweet.

What did Chris give you that shut you up so quick?

Jokes aside, big up to CW snr & jnr for sorting this out and quietening a grumbling customer.

+1
