What is the best way to secure a cadence magnet?

Ya, a silli-cone is very much like the hat they made you wear when you had to sit in the corner at school.

Not going to attach a magnet to a crank that way.

cable tie to keep the sucker on and then wrap it with black electrical tape to stop it moving around.

done. next question.

I use super glue and a cable tie for good measure. Tried the double sided tape stuff that comes with it and was lucky not to lose it.

Make sure you line it up properly before you glue it though  or else this could be the outcome  followed by this :cursing:

i was about to say cable ties and isolation tape, but it seems i have nothing further to offer.the nail glue seems like a good idea.let me go and shop affirmatively at the wife's cupboard to see what else needs some gluing in the garage tonight.

Thanks guys. Bought some super glue but with the recess in the crank and the hollow Polar magnet there was no contact when I tightend the cable tie!! So I then glued the tie and it seems to be working

Ps it was white glue
