How could they be allowed to continue and still go on to win the damn tournament? Also refs have been very inconsistent, as usual benefiting NZ. Like he doesn't have enough things to look out for like the breakdown etc. Is he supposed to count the players every 15 seconds as well. That buck stops with team management.
