'Dale Posted March 12, 2012 Share After 4 years in cycling, I intend to leave the alphabet ladder to head to race Vets League in 2012/13.However, never done a proper bike set up for me. There are now several places to go for this now in Cape Town, I've heard. Where have you gone and what difference has it made to your "becoming one with your machine"?
