The second-placed African team, Gawie and Nico, didn't have one puncture the whole race. I saw that Nico tweeted that they were running Conti X-King and Race King protection tyres. Any analysis on the tyres the other top teams were riding, and their puncture rate? I prefer the Ikon its a bit lighter and just feels better leaning into corners, but the big advantage of the Ikon is the price when you take into account that I go through 3 Ralphs for every 1 Ikon.
