So when i placed my on-one order I asked them if I can use my PoBox address and they said no they need to deliver to a residential address, so i gave them my Complex details. They use TNT to deliver their parcels; now any normal person would think great, TNT couriers correct? Well... apparently there is a TNT parcel service called TNT post that is separate to the courier service, that will probably use SAPO to deliver....

You guys can see what is coming here, mail does not get delivered to the Complex that is why we have PoBox's here in SA, so where do you guys think my package is going to end up? :cursing:

Add to that the fact that the box is full of bicycle parts and you don't need much of an imagination to know what is going to happen here.

Bloody classic

Just get a tracking number and track it from there.

Who shipped the goods ?

Once I gave the wrong P.O.Box details and I still got my parcel using the tracking number.

Yes, get the tracking number. The minute it hits SA phone the International Mail center near ORT and arrange to collect from them.

@ TiBOnes - hehe yeah something like that

@ Cyclewizz - I have the tracking number, but who is the local partner SAPO? I phoned TNT express locally and they dont have the parcel on the system as it was sent via TNT parcel service not TNT express...

I had a similar problem. Phoned 011 9616200 or 011 961 6000 selected customer services. Gave them my tracking number and thinks seem to be happening. I have had a number of e mails from the post office and can expect my goodies early next week.

You may need to use your overseas tracking number which is converted to a SA number by phoning 086011502
