Whats the cheapest/fastest way to post a frame from CT to JHB?

Just remember with Speed Services if you post it in a box they calculate on size of box instead of weight. Consider bubble wrapping like crazy and then pay for weight of frame. Get quotes from Postnet as well.

SAA cargo. Go to the airport, drop it at saa cargo, pay around R150. Have someone fetch it at the other end about 6 hours later. And they are open 24 hours a day monday to sunday. Easiest way to transport goods around sa. Its how all the couriers do it!
