Hi Guys, I don't really think we need a SS cat. We're not really at a disadvantage, we just choose to ride a bike that is slightly different. Just my humble opinion.

To be honest, it would complicate things but it would be nice see how the SS riders did in relation to the geared riders. Besides, would you split SS into rigid vs suspension?

The purists would insist on rigid. Myself? I dig my dual sus. The better to bomb down mountains with :) After all, I'm in it for the smiles.

Glad you guys enjoyed the race and route, took 2 months to put it together and the rain 1 day to stuff it up but we got it back to good enough shape in the end.

Singlespeed cat is a must, second time a singlespeed rider has come third overall in the event.

There's nothing that can be done about mother nature. Sure it made a couple of sections a bit tougher that it would have been but there was only one spot where the mud proved too difficult for the non pro riders (as you ducked under the road going through Avionto).

Please thank the land owners in the area for the use of their property. It would be great if the trail was always available. I wouldn't mind buying tickets to ride.

Lekka ride, felt olympic but missed my PB finish cos of unclear marking, stopped a few times to find the correct route and got "lost" in the last 2km. Was a larff to ride with my china Danny though.

race was awesome, great route but i agree there were a few places where you really had to pay attention to find your way after some bunting blew away. Ill definately be back

There was a dude taking pics at the finish, group photos, friends posing etc..... where will these pics be found? THey are not on the actionphoto site?

Loads of pics not available - from the finish, the ride thru the house and more. I counted at least 6 photographers but only found 3 pics. Oh well, saved some money then.

I'm also looking for the photos taken on the steps after riding through the house, maybe they still busy loading them?

You can also search through unidentified photos from start, finish, etc. But I reckon they are still loading more pics...
