if the first cat 1 climb is 14km and 822m climbing,and the cat 3 is 205m climbing.Does that make the boulders climb at the jock a cat 2 (maybe).

I know that the younger guys have a role to play and serve the big guns. But van Garderen started yesterday in 10th position about 5.30 min behind Wiggins.

He is now in 9th more than 6 min behind ,after slowing down for Cadel.

Should TJ not have gone on his own after Evans slowed? He looked strong. Maybe 4 th ahead of van den Broek and more options for BMC ,with their star not performing.

Impey: I can feel we have done 11 stages, my body is starting to show some signs of fatigue but then again so is everyone else, except for Froome. Man, he is moving well. I think he is going to win it and I also hope he does.

The rating of a climb doesn't come solely from it's length and gradient, but also from it's place in the stage and the race overall. I remember seeing a comparison of climbs here a long time ago, and Boulders ranked as a 3/4 cat only.
