Alraaaight a seriaas question...

I got some of those Maxxis Ikon 3C EXO evo ABCdefg....tyres on my dikwiel

& they seem to be a bit unstable (like me) when cornering.

The front seems to want to wash out way too easily, even on girly corners???

I have tried different pressures & played with all the different positions

upright, leaning in, weight over bars etc etc but no dice.

I thought it was all in my head till a buddy of mine rode a bike exactly like mine

with exactly the same tyres & he ate it on bend in front of me.

Anyone on the same rubber who can shed some light?

I have them on my 29r SS and have had no issues yet, maybe I'm just not 'pushing' them as hard as you blokes .........

Ikon came stock on my bike i felt that they were actually quite good cornering compared to most of the other brands out there just not a wet weather tyre.

How much you weigh and what pressure you running them?

How can you ask a fat oke that question

just now i develop a duplex??? :whistling:

Jokes aside.. I weigh 93 & run the tyres around 2 - 2.2 bar. Like I said I've played with pressures

but still not working lekka. My mate that fell was b!tchin' about them on the bike he rode as well,

I used to corner like a Moto Gp rider on acid with the Geax Sagauro's but have no confidence on the Ikons

How does the valve work in tubeless tires? Cos mines leaking air and I want to fix it myself...

Not out the top, At the valve-rim junction...

Try a bit of silicon between the valve and the rim tape.
