Alison Tonkin Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Hi there, I am looking at buying a new dual mnt bike. The fuji outland 2.0 is in my price range,but I do not know anything about this bike!Can anyone give me some advice.I am a female cyclist and 1.7cm tall,so I am looking at a "small" !!! ???

But I would suggest, regardless of the bike you end up going for, you go for a fit and a quick spin to make sure it's the right size. Brand's size curve and fit differ so i't always best to give a bike a spin. As far as advice goes it will help to give us an indication of your budget. There are LOTS of good buys out there. Fuji is a good brand, but unfortunately they don't have a big footprint locally so 2nd hand value might be an issue one day.

I was looking at the usual suspects i.e Scott Scale, Momsen, Silverback, etc but then I saw the Cannondale Flash and I fell in love. I got the Alloy Flash 1 for just over R21000, I am 1.75 and the medium fits like a glove. I am more comfortable on it than on my 26" medium Scott. Good luck Edited July 10, 2012 by PeterF
