RAVE - Design in Motion Morningside - Excellent Service

Hi All

 

Just a note of thanks and a big-ups to Design in Motion and Kelly who works there. I've had a few interactions with them requesting some fairly difficult and unusual things on rare bikes and wheels. Both times they come up with the parts quickly and provided excellent service. To note, other bike shops turned me around at the door and did not even try to help claiming supplier issues and other excuses.

 

Thanks for the great service, I can highly recommend these guys.

Was referred to them by Pyga - purchased my Zero 29 frame from Kelly, really great communication, awesome follow up, so far very impressed!!!

 

Even though I gave them R6k upfront and waiting for the frames to arrive, they made the process fun with their great service so far!

Is this that really cool store in Morningside Shopping Centre? I love the bikes in there but have never been inside. Think that needs to change next week. Maybe they can give me ideas (and sell me one or 2 things) for a very unusual project I am busy with.
