Cut out carbs. Sugar, bread, potatos, rice, pasta, fruits with high sugars, fruit juices, soft drinks,etc. I lost 4 kilos in a month.

as above plus....

Eat more protein and vegetables.

Get into a gym and do some weights.

Try and do your rides first thing in the mornings before eating.

Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
