My own thread is being hi-jacked by SS'ers!

This is open to everyone - I myself do not have a SS'er so I hope I am not the only one

Consider yourself SSer flash mobbed

You mean the ones with Columbus 708, 853 and 653 stickers on them? Wicked cool those bikes

Yeah, I'm kinda miff these days that I didn't keep at least one of them. I mean I probably sold the Le Jeune 853 for a few hundred rondts.

Me too. Imagine how cool my bubble gum pink'n'black Cosmos 708 classic would have been now?

Thats like Critical Mass gold right there :-)

I still regret selling my Colnago Altain with Columbus Brain tubing. Beautiful chrome lugs, chainstay and fork and a deep purple colour (Wordperfect sponsor's colour apparently). I think I need to call the guy I sold it to and see that happened to it.

I think about it everytime I get back from a long ride on my roadbike (which isn't often mind you) with my whole body still vibrating from that very harsh Scott aluminium frame.

Sorry for the hijack Cogs!

Mr Cogs, are you guys splitting riders up into groups based on skill level?

Will there be any skills development?

Not that I know of. I am mainly organising it for the social aspect. I realise that there are going to be some racing snakes and some slow pokes. As long as everyone has fun, I am happy. I am sure everyone will sort themselves out and go at their own pace.

One day when I am big and strong pop, I'll be a racing snake.

Yes, please! - I would love to come and meet some fellow hubbers but I am doing the Train race on Saturday morning - Witbank to Middelburg.
