So... Bryton must be looking for total domination cause by the end of these specials (between the Groupon one and Buycycle one), there will be more Rider 35's out there than Garmins!

I'm gonna ask a simple question and hopefully I will get correct answers. Please do assist as I am technologically handicapped

1. Can I track my rides, see altitutde climbed together with HR for said sections? Is this easy to access for someone like me without having to do fancy downloads etc.

many thanks hubbers

Yes.

As you start the ride, you press "start"

As you finish the ride, press stop.

The device tracks everything in between. You have the option of 3 screens that you can scroll through, each showing up to 6 data fields at a time.

Once at home with a beer in hand, connect the PC or laptop to the internet, plug in the Bryton via USB and the brytonsport website will open up. Upload the ride. From the Brytonsport website you can upload the ride to Strava.com with one click.

In strava, you can compare your time, speed, HR etc with other riders for the chosen segments.

Easy!

You forgot that you can analyse every bit of your ride, you can export it, you can even upload directly to fittrack.

How many bike mounts does it come with? Only 1?

Correct. You can buy a pack of two for R230 from Bryton. Bought and split with mooky.

The computer also has two bike profiles btw

Awesome guys - just saw it on Groupon by chance and this thread sold me. Putting in my order now. At least I work next door to Groupon if I have any problems with them ;)

EDIT: I was actually looking at the 20 on CWC but it is unit only for R1200, this is a killer deal. Perhaps I can sell my HRM & Computer to regain some of the costs ;)
