there is a ghost actinum rt7400 on gumtree for R12500. Dont know ghost bikes that well

I have one of those. They went for R18k to R20k new.

Great bike with good components.

I upgraded the wheels after a year.

If it has had light use offer the oke R10k cash.

26ers are flooding the second hand market. No need to over pay.

Edit: More info and spec over here https://community.bikehub.co.za/topic/74628-ghost-rt-actinum-and-lector-bikes-for-sale/page__gopid__1132300#entry1132300

What type of riding do you want to do. merida 120, Zula etc is more heading to the trail type. Is that what type of riding you are after or something more on the marathon range? Work this out before you just jump in and buy a bike.

2012 Merida 120 XT-D

2012 models brand new with XT Components R15999 and you can knock them down a bit from that. If you're in CPT...... Try Revolution Cycles in Bree Street....... Somerset west.... Try Helderberg Cycle World. I know they still have Stock,. Full retail on those bikes, 2012 and 2013 is R22500, and there is no difference in spec, except the Colour Scheme

Nah........ Thats an old Bike, Not that great of a buy

They made massive changes in the Frame and pivot technology in 2012.......... The 2012 XT-D has Fox front and rear suspension, and XT Components

I bought a 2012 Merida 99 XT-D for 15999.00 and its a great bike. A wheel upgrade to Mavic Crossmax ST and it became a fantastic bike.

honestly - unless you are definetely wanting a brand new bike i would look at the second hand market here on the hub. You will need to know a bit about components and their value, but you would need that anyway when buying new...

like this great deal if you are a medium

Thanx for the 'advertisement' guys.

Very reluctant sale I must admit.

Would love to see my Zula find a good home...

I assisted someone with the purchase of a brand spanking new 2012 120XT-D a couple of months ago. R13k.
