Grebel Posted August 29, 2012 Share The equestrian shops sell a medical emergency bracelet type of thing we have to wear for eventing - its called a crashband - I have mine under my saddle (bike) - and has all your emergeny details, contact numbers and medical details including med problems, allergies etc. handy little thing. Just hope your bike doesn't end up too far from you in the event of an accident... IMO any form of emergency ID should be kept on your person not your bike. Thorn199 Posted September 5, 2012 Share Not Knocking the ICE ID product, (any form of medical identification that keeps me out of a government hospital is a necessity in my eyes) but I use the Samaratin Band. http://www.samaritaninfo.com/images/ProductHomePage.gif With these you can change the info without getting a new band/tag as often as you like (All your data is stored online) R145 delivered.Saw something similar at Sportsmans Warehouse yesterday for about the same price. My only problem is that I am often riding in remote locations and neighboring countries, so the SMS line wont always work. Good idea though. Kona Kula Posted September 13, 2012 Share Iceid arrived yesterday, big thanks to them for this. My wife is now chilled with me riding again. Started gym yesterday. Not allowed to do anything upper body yet, but stoked that i am moving so quickly after. It was a very different story when I broke my wrists.
