If I'd known that they would be worth that much, I might not have ridden mine so hard when I was a kid...

That's why I'm holding back now on my latest acquisition!

There is a good reason for choppers being rare - they were killedoff by people like me that retaliated after they tried to kill us. Oh boy, do I remember that long downhill with the loose gravel, that stupid little front wheel starting to wobble and then a proper slide leaving plenty of skin behind. I still have the scar to show, after a bloody long time. If it was cheaper, I would buy one so I can drive my Landrover over it.

Managed to sing First Soprano for a while after near castration on the three speed gear lever...

Wow, what a weird-looking bike! Do people actually collect bikes just to have them? Because surely no potential buyer would want to ride that. Where would one keep/display this bike collection??

It would be a great Critical Mass bike as would most retro rides. I'm actually pretty annoyed that I didn't keep at least one of my steel road bikes from the 90s to convert to a fixie.

Wow, its in good shape hey.?

Didnt Schwinn also make a chopper? I somehow think I had a Schwinn, but its so long ago I really cant be sure.!

I've seen one listed for 3 500 Great British Pounds. I think Schwinn did make one. And somebody rode the 94.7 when I did it about two years ago.

Yeah, would be interesting to see one again, a Schwinn Chopper that is, one of the great bicycle brands of yesteryear!.
