I dont but its pretty straightforward. maybe Nancy will have? If you up for a company just pm us - always keen to do that ride. The last bit is a killer though!

Wont join this weekend, doing 94.7 40km road and 30km mtb on sat and sun, next weekend doing 94.7 main race, so i'll only join rides again from the weekend of 24th
