Wyatt Earp Posted September 18, 2012 Share Currently running DLS Ultimate series speakers and amplifiers in my car fed from an Alpine Status F#1 head unit. Very simple system at the moment compared to last years 10 channel stereo system I owned. House is Rotel RSP-1068 feeding a RB985 power amp. Powers my DLS T3 speakers in the lounge. Strictly not a reference stereo system but really really good. Lounge's layout is **** anyways so no use spending big on it now. Dream system is a pair of Martin Logan Summit X's powered by a DLS Amplifier One and CD One. Other option would be to power them by a little something built by Oom Schalk. My music is mostly listened to on earphones at work or in my car on my ipod. I am not much of an audiophile so clarity is not not a major factor for me. I still have a Phoenix Gold M25 amp lying about in my cupboard. Never installed. Bought it then never installed it since I never had a car worthy of it.
