I was wondering what you weight watchers (not guys and girls on diets) pack to work for lunch everyday?

Taking in consideration of having to prepare something at work, time constraints, etc. I always find it difficult to eat a well balanced meal for lunch at work, and I'm sure this troubles recovery a bit.

So, lets go!

USN diet fuel shake and a banana

Is that all? For lunch? I normally have a protein shake for a mid morning snack or so.

Thats normally what I have as well. I always have a can or 3 of tuna, some peanut butter, almonds, whole wheat bread, etc in the desk drawer, but it gets a bit much to have that every day

Had lunch about an hour ago. Pot noodles with bits of sliced eisbein. Pampino, kiwi fruit and a banana. Getting two toasted sarmies in a bit.

I guess you prepared most of that at home last night maybe?
