Eish....duty called and had to be at parents in law in v-town by 1 and still had to get back to fourways....building up credits with swambo so that I can wear my captain suite around the house. Man's gotta to do what a man's gotta to do.

I did the 70km and without doubt it is the toughest ride I have ever done. Do the hot-shot guys actually cycle to the top of those hills? It was utterly insane.

I have to agree with you was definately one of my toughest 70km rides too, those crazy hills just kept coming!

You should try giants castle race. Hills hills hills and hike your bike on your back sections
