Thanx for the Think Bike marshall service.

Will be awesome for those upcoming training rides in the South where the roads are trickier.

I assume you start towards Stellenbosch, over Hels, and then? The same Burger route, but where do you go across to the R304 again?

We probably gonna roll via Kromme Rhee from the garage as there is a current strike action near Kyamandi.

The Burger Route never touches the R304, Andydude, only the R44.

You gonna roll with us, man?

Will meet you at the start of Helz don't want to cycle past kayamandi/cloetesville alone from Stellenbosch! (BMT kit)

Mmm I know, but you start on the R304 so obviously you have to go on it sometime? Or are you heading across the road to the R44?

Following the Kromme Rhee road to the R44 to avoid the Kyamandi protest hot spot. Maybe it's better in the AM.

Not sure why you're unsure.

Sweet...

Tiny K will be there, too.

Look for a tall guy on a pearl white Ciocc frame.

UPDATE FOR RACE SNAKE BURGER RECCE

Due to media warnings of the farm worker protests around our original meeting area on the R304 and Bottelary,

we will be meeting at the garage at the foot of Helz instead.

There is lots of parking at the mall or in the neighbourhood streets.

Address: Corner of Cluver & Helzhoogte Rd.

Same time.

Thanx for the lekka pace and teamwork out there, Riders.

Special praise to Az, our bike marshall for the day.

The donations will head to the family fund for the rider that was killed in St James recently.

Below's the paceline steaming out of Wellington.

Also, Mark's puncture at km 72 with Az in action alerting motorists on the R44.
