Very nice breezed in good service from the staff at cycle lab - well done.But then - I looked in my race pack.Found 1 x newspaper, 1 x magazine and 1 x energy goodie - continued to search but found nothing else.I just feel this is a bit of a poor show from the sponsors perhaps they could have included at least one of those bite size bar ones ro a peppermint.By the looks of the race pack don't be surprised if they charge you for the medal on Sunday.Anyways I have had my Bitch and now I am off the The Birchwood Health Hydro and Spa for a leg massage in preperation for Sunday.

mallo Posted January 25, 2008 Posted January 25, 2008 Have you noticed this happens with all the races that is organized by a promotions company. at the road races it is totally different and some of these promo companies work there as well. EG: Pick n Pay marathon in Feb you will get your T shirt if pre entered yet as fast one and (4.7 you must pay for it.( All run by HSP). I wonder what happens to all the monies coming in from the sub sponsors and how much actually goes to the hosting club versus what HSP takes.
