MTB Group Ride - Sun 9 Dec?

Ok, is there going to be a ride this Sunday or Monday? If so - where, when, and time? Need to plan weekend activities!

Saturday I'd like to ride with the club. Have a few scores to settle with the black stuff hills.

Breedts again, or elsewhere? - I prefer riding my bike to carrying it over rocks (ie. I'm not good on technical stuff), So, no Kings for me.. Never been to Modderfontein. Spruit is also good?

We can always twist Nance's arm to take us the other way from B2B...?

Maybe, instead of going over the hill to the satellite road (although I enjoyed this the last, only, time we rode there!) and do a u-turn we can go to VG, have ice cream pay our moneys and return via parts of their trails?

I am there like a bear! also have a ride planned on sat morning- am going to die most probably- and probably won't have fully functional legs for rest of weekend- but am a sucker for punishment- so i do not mind Sunday or Monday. ice cream sounds like a plan! this can only be good for ones cycling- or so i have been told!

Also not very familiar at all with VG - will need to get someone who knows the routes to head this this one... Am keen for Monday morning, something longish and not too demanding? Need toconfirm a venue before sarting a thred. Nancy? What about helping us out with a reverse route as per Robox?

I'm also a VG virgin (Ok, I was there once, but got so horribly lost that I had to make a run for the road and get the cell gps to take me back to VG)

Yea no sweat...thinking of concrete slabs, daggapad, tant miems and pomphuis, railroad and shop to drop, maybe oom piets, greek church and river home. 50 odd km

I am traumatized just reading that - I froze at the concrete slab bit..... maybe I might decide to sleep late/plant some new veggies in my garden/clean the pool.....
