True, but what will the difference be between taking a Vit B injection and taking it orally (other than greater potential for an OD)?

And how is it relevant to hubland?

Even in hubland.....somewhere on each entry form that you sign you agree to abide with the rules and regulations of the relevant authorities i.e. UCI

Injecting Vit B works quicker / better / stays in your system longer than swallowing the equivalent pillitjie, why i dont know it just does....

I guess the UCI are trying to combat excessive use and more potent stuff taken intravenously or by direct injection and its easier to enforce this way and in general the no needle policy is a good idea imo

Technically, yes. But in all honesty and practicality? I seriously doubt it....

Qé...what do you doubt?
Seems like I should stop doubting after the Epic news clap.gif
I once met a flexible nurse.
Depends what she was flexible on: scruples, morals, medicine, couch... whistling.gif ... OK, can't seem to find downside on this

I would also like to know what will help to recover better. Stopped cycling for a week to rest. Got on the bike this weekend and the legs were done after 10km. wtf

Now you know why you dont see the tour teams doing no riding during the "rest days"

Cycling is not a "killer" exercise and does not require substantial time off the bike to recover, quality rest (sleeeeep) and nutrition on the udder hand....

Yes, but you cant inject it.

Ferarri will just bring out a Vit B suppository - technically it won't be an "injection"?
