Had a spoke break sunday that went through my derailer breaking the derailer hanger off the frame of my SST road bike. Took it in monday to cycles direct who got in touch with Fuji H/O who sent a email to CEO for africa. He emmediately sent a hanger to LBS who had wheel, derailer hanger and gears sorted by midday today. only thing i paid for was labour. unbelievable service from both companies. will def buy a fuji again and support cyclesdirect from now on.
