Pappa Bear Posted January 11, 2013 Posted January 11, 2013 (edited) Hi, I believe praise needs to be given were required......... so thumbs up for Cyclefunatic. I asked them to do a small repair job for me unfortuantly one of their mechanics screwed up the component that needed to be fixed. I pointed this out to Hennry and they replaced it free of charge (and labour for that matter). No shouting required, no swearing required, no arguing - just "Yip its our fault, we will replace it for you". Thanks guys! YOU ARE ONE OF THE BETTER LBSs Edited January 11, 2013 by Pappa Bear
