You need to know what you are looking for from a fork when setting it up. It's incredibly adjustable. Takes a while to find the sweet spot. So you need to know what you are doing. You can adjust settings depending on what type of trails you ride. Or find a setting that works for most terrain. All I know is that I'm still tweaking...
