Have Astana announced their team as yet? Any chance Nibali will be in it or is he sitting this one out?

Heard he's looking to go the Vuelta. Would be nice tho.

Makes sense I guess although I recon he would be good for a podium at this years Tour.

Yeah, he's main priorities are the World Champs in Italy and the Vuelta.

I hope Spartacus cleans up in both the TT and Road race at the world champs.

It seems Nibali might be afraid to go head to head with the South African Kenyan Pom in a Grand Tour.

1st time ever in Corsica.

Cool!

The birthplace of Napolean... That short little French s#*t would be so proud.

“The team is good. It’s such a tricky — like, our Tour team is incredibly difficult to select this year, because our team doesn’t have a clear-cut leader. But we have an incredibly deep team. Dan Martin is totally capable of being a leader. Ryder Hesjedal is totally capable of being a leader. Andrew Talansky is totally capable of being a leader,” Vaughters said. “It’s a deep team. There are lots of really hard decisions, like do we focus more on climbing and the GC, or do we focus more on the team time trial?

“I am the one who’s making the final call, but man it’s hard.”

Vaughters, Garmin-Sharp, on delaying the final 9 until later this month...

As usual, Week 3 will be separate the podium from the top 20s....

For sure!

And it will be interesting seeing whether the stage 2 climb can do any damage to the peloton... I've got a feeling, that Cannondale will pull Sagan over that and he will win stage 2.

Unfortunately I don't think Robbie Hunter will make the team this year...

No diggity. Loving the rise of the Colombians.

Me too surprising (in a way) that Sky have selected none. makes me think Wiggo will have a bash at the Vuelta...

I know quite weird after all the hype about their super domestique capabilites. Maybe they were more burnt by the giro than everyone thought.

The Vuelta... Not much in that for Twiggo this year with +/-40km of TT and a lot of mtn top finishes. Reckon they'll be getting Uran ready for a full tilt at that with Henao as his lieutenant.
