Dear Rider

In appreciation of you placing your faith in us I have decided to guarantee all intact teams completing dusi2c 2013 the opportunity to take up an entry for Nedbank sani2c 10th event next year. Simply, this means that any team who has been on the Nedbank sani2c waiting list and has now decided to ride dusi2c will be given an opportunity to enter when entries open for sani2c 2014. This is our way of thanking you for your support.

To enter dusi2c click here

We look forward to having you there.

Kind Regards,

Farmer Glen

So jealous of you guys doing Duzi2c.

I suspect that there would be some friction from the missus should Sani be followed by Dusi. Seems a damn fine plan to me tho.

Poor form in my view i.e. Sani is fully booked, oh but wait, if you fork out for this race there is suddenly space!

There's also the other view:

'Hey, lets do a race following the Duzi route!' 'Nah boet, too many races, too soon after Sani2C, Joberg2C etc. What the sponsors gonna say when no-one pitches etc...?'

So, you set up a race anyway, some guys have enough faith to take you up, you breathe a sigh of relief and say 'Geez, thank god these guys signed up. What can we do to show our appreciation?'

They are baiting you... Enter the one and you can ride the other as well = "more" money.

Plus you have to fork out 4k for a high end Garmin

Possible but doubtful in my view - maybe I'm just a cynic! Either way looks like I ain't doing either!

Just receive confirmation from my sponsors that i will be doing the Dusi2c in a little more that a week time. Completed the Sani and did not do a lot of training afterwards......hopefully my fitness level did not drop to mush from that time.
