What would you achieve by cutting it? The remaining piece inside the frame won't allow you to put in another post.

From similar cases I have heard of, the outcome has not been positive.

You can then get one of these down the inside of the post and carefully cut through the post from the inside and "pry" it out.

Put it in the freezer and hope the seat post contracts slightly smaller than the seat tube as it has less carbon thickness.

How big is your freezer?

Carbon on carbon is a bitch.... Cutting it down and sawing through the post as with an alu post does not always work with a carbon post... The carbon fuses together and you literally will have to break and file the pieces of carbon post away until you reach the inside of the frame..... Had one of these once that took me a few months to sort out.

Hope you have lots of patience, a good vocabulary of the "French" language and lots of time........

Good luck

Thats a tough one... there are few things that can be done to save the seat post. If you prepared to write it off, there are some good places to start on the thread.

As for freezer, ask your local spaar, butcher, or convinience store. They have those large walk in freezers....
