A customer brought this beauty - Bottecchia Zoncolan with full XTR, Ritchey WCS finishing kit and...well...crap wheels....

It's about to get the Citec treatment.

Should end up a ~10kg bike with 650B Citecs and some sweet tubeless racing rubber.

Wheels ordered and on the way - watch this space for the "AFTER"....

So, some feedback on the great after sales support from Bicycle Supply Chain.

Replaced fork with a 9mm RS and had to convert from 15mm TA, ordered replacement parts, a week later parts arrive, fitted, even trued the rear wheel after yours truly seemed to forget how to take a proper line and put a nice little dent in it.

Thanks Mr D.

Still a happy customer.

Lesson learned last night - those Ascender S sidewalls are tough! Other wheels I've knocked dings out of required subtle taps in the right place - at one stage last night I thought I'd need a run up and flying hammer fist to get the ding out of Karma's wheel.

Mostly I feel sorry for the poor rock you hit :-)
