None that I'm aware of. You can use it on metal, wood, plastic and I'm pretty sure carbon too.

Id be careful of useing any paint strippers on carbin. May break down the epoxy reson that is used. We generally use asaton to clean the frames up before fixing them. But paint stripper could be a bit harsh and may result in a catastrophic failure:-)

Dont think any abrassives are a good idea...

Will give cycledelic a call tomorrow, see what they will tell me.

 

Please share what they tell you. Have a fork that I'd like to strip.

Didn't a hubber strip he's scott carbon mtb last year or the year before.....?

 

Not saying it a good or a bad thing but maybe it will shed some light on the topic
