Where have all my "likes" gone?

Anyone shed some light on why when viewing someones profile you cannot see the total number of "likes" that person has?

Cycho's comment is exactly the reason. Many Hubber's have confused the "reputation" score (based on likes) with buyer/seller ratings. I've been working through updates to the ratings & feedback section this week to make it more user friendly and particularly to make it more visible in user profiles.

 

These updates will be rolled out tomorrow which, along with a bigger classifieds update coming towards the end of the month, should go some way to improving the quality of ads and the all round experience in the classifieds.

 

If the reputation / total likes is something that's sorely missed I can add it to profiles, just somewhere it won't be confused with buyer / seller ratings.

 

Perhaps we can vote on whether you'd like the reputation back in some fashion or not.

But why not put it out and ask before you just do something like this.

I think some form of reputation/likes is good. It lets you see how informative/entertaining a hubber is, and how much they contribute positively to the hub.

Just rename it to number of funnies I make, or street cred, or hublove received...
