Just a pimped out Nissan that'll cost a fortune.

they're apparently just using Nissan's ladder chassis, and bits of the suspension. But all fettled by Merc. 

 

Interior obv very different. Engine spec may be shared, apart from the top end which is a 3.0 TDI variant of one of Merc's others in the passenger car segment. Obv the Navara TDi will feature as well. 

 

Got a wider track, re-engineered suspension and so on...
