Long Wheel Base Posted October 29, 2019 Share Wow, those are low profile tyres! Spray on rubber. I had a set of 18s on my golf caddy years ago. I had a 30 profile tyre on there. Connected to a stiffer suspension and a heavily modified engine, I managed to go through 3 sets of stock cv joint in 18 months and cracked the chassis. Got the chassis fixed and fitted strut braces top and bottom and going over a toothpick felt like a jackhammer to the back. The bakkie looked awesome but dumbest thing I ever did on that car.
