Haha! I've already had offers. From a straight swap for a bike worth twice as much to a swap for a bike 50% more than its worth.

 

So yeah. I think it qualifies :)

NO, because collectors items have value. Check the classifieds and see all the 26 ers, all makes and models, not selling at all. Not even at give away prices, take it a step further and check the stolen bikes section, the thieves dont even steal them. nuff said.

Brilliant.... I'm going to upgrade my sad little 26er till it is a superbike then if someone tries to rob me of my bike up on the mountain I'll just choone them sorry guys its a 26er and they will run away screaming.......

Firstly, it wont ever be a SUPERBIKE, and secondly no-one wil try and rob you, so you wont have to choone them anything. Criminals are smart, they wont steal anything they cant sell. Dont lose any sleep, your bike is safe.
