If they haven't been exposed for too long, wash them with water (Brake fluid is water soluble. Mineral oil isn't though). Otherwise use brake cleaner. If all else fails, new pads.

Leave them overnight in surgical spirits, let them dry fully, renew the surface of the pad using 400 grit water paper on a piece of glass - and that is as good as you will get them.

 

You must also lightly sand the surface of your disks and clean with surgical spirits/isopropyl alchohol, and then re-bed the brakes according to manufacturer instructions.
