So, I spend quite a bit of time on my bike and on the spinnung bike, and absolutely no time in the gym. I just don't like going. I have a spinning bike at home so, if I don't go riding, it's just so easy and convenient to get on the spinning bike.

Problem is, my upper body gets no exercise so I'm looking to do something that is quick and effective in getting my upper body into shape.

Like I mentioned in the title, I'm lazy so going to the gym for an hour is not an option.

Should i resort to a couple of push-ups or sit-ups before getting on the bike? I've thought of getting a kettle bell... but then I wouldn't know what to do with it.

So, what is the most effecient upper body exercise that I can do at home without spending gazilions on a home gym or spending an hour with a weight in my hand staring at the roof?

The "gorilla workout" app has a ton of zero equipment, own body weight exercises with illustrative vids. Each session only takes a few minutes. That having being said, I've been too lazy to really get started...

Try this program, when I started phase 1 I could barely do 5 pull ups and by the end I did 21 consecutive pull ups. As I understand the pull ups work quite a few muscle groups in your upper body. Combine this with some plank exercises and push ups. Should take about 20 mins three times a week.

Thanx for this - did you get it thru Amazon ?

I got it through ebay, but I see the price has gone up drastically...probably as a result of the rand's performance. In my opinion any suspension training system will do the trick, and youtube has a number of vids explaining what exercises you can do.
