Me went out at 4:30, still mastering the "voel waar jy ry" technique. This whole che/buddha thing of finding ultimate enlightment as the sun comes up still evades me. IanJ, Jaco F actually put him on a program three weeks ago (now that I think of it, you were there!!), and he only starts training now?? Sounds like Bruce Fordyce's "coming from behind" strategy. epoh Posted August 29, 2006 Share hehe I had absolutely no ideaaaaaaaaaaaa where i rode this morning. I went out with a dude that raced in europe for a dutch team. Good to ride with strong guys, I suffer while they take it easy. I know we passed somewhere by the airport.. but i cannot tell you how we got there and how we got back... yeah, I am starting my road training now I have got more confidence now. It took a while!
