I suggest you drop me a PM with your email and I will reply with a guide on dual air setup and what happens when you fiddle.

Please share with us too, maybe I can get my fork dialed in better :)

Copy paste from an old email:

In that case….

The thing with the rockshox reba is you can run about 2 different preasure ranges and still get the same sag … this is

all relative to the neg preasure… for example.. I can run 120+ and 130- and get 25% sag….. or 80+ and 70- ang hit

25% sag.. that is the beauty of this fork…. You need to decided what kind of ride you want and adjust it from there…

Try this…

Remove all neg pressure… then add + pressure until you hit about 15% sag… then look what the + reading is… now if

you want a supper plush fork. Adjust the ned to about 5 to 10 PSI more… this will make it super sensitive on the

small stuff.. but will ramp up very fast towards the end of the travel making big hits not that nice….

The other option is to add + pressure to 20% sag.. and then take the neg to 5psi less … this will be great on the big

hits and you wont loose to much on the small stuff… , you might feel that the fork is diving some.. and this is the

great part… you then use the Motion control to keep the fork from diving and set the blow off to your liking.. I find

this is excellent for twisty tight singletrack…

The best would be to arrange a ride.. and we go out together and play with the settings.

Do not trust the numbers on the side of the fork.. they are way off….

Ask Chris H what a difference it made when I set his for up

I find that if I set up like the above, deflate neg chamber first, add + until % sag, then add neg.... if I add neg of +15 more than pos it will pull down the fork past 30% sag when riding.

Certain sag % can be achieved with many pressure combos - in the end it depends on how hard you want the fork to feel and how often you want to hit 80% + travel. Also depends much on stem length and where your body is in relation to the fork.

73kg rider, SID WC carbon, 100mm, and I run 60 pos and 50 neg for rough terrain (25% sag) or up to 90/90 for gravel roads - but 90/90 on rough singletrack is just harsh and bumpy, even with slower rebound adjustment... very personal but I like the fork to be active over rough stuff and lock out when I stand up because the lower pressure I run doesn't feel best when pedalling standing up.

This was their reply:

"Charlene asked me to help out regarding your order. I can understand the confusion, the description mentioned the working compatibility on a solo air fork but the fork advertised is a 2012 model(correct code). 2014 is the first year they released a SID XX in a solo air. At the moment the supplier haven't broad in a 26'' in this specification yet but can do a special order from overseas. Difficult to put a prise on it but it would be around +/- R8600 with a proximate six week turn around time. Sorry about this we have corrected the description on the site. Would you like to keep it or must a arrange for a refund and pick up for this item?

I am happy - keeping the fork.

Why should you require a "refund" if the product you got is better than what you expected ?

Because of the exchange rate all imported items have increased with 8-12%. So give the retailers a break.
