Rider down in Paarl

My wife says she saw a mtb'er down near Courtrai this afternoon. Guy lying on side of the road with lots of blood????

 

Seems car took turn too wide and knocked him/her down.

 

Anyone know about this?

And drivers for some reason don't seem to pay enough attention to be looking out for cyclists, just for other cars.

No my wife didn't stop. Help had already arrived and ambulance was within ear shot.
