Johan Rabie victorious at the 2013 Die Burger PPA Cycle Tour

Johan Rabie from Team NuWater has been crowned winner of the 2013 Die Burger PPA Cycle Tour in Stellenbosch today as he out-cycled stiff competition from team mate Evan Carstens and Team Swift’s Stefan Ihenfeldt who placed second and third respectively.  With winds of almost 40 km/h, Rabie worked hard to win the challenging 97km route in a time of 02:27:04.
