kandui Posted February 11, 2014 Share i would still suggest a mellow pedal to Chappies and back as a regular AM ride

kandui Posted February 12, 2014 Share This is the Table Mountain Bikers Club Road Ride. We will try it out and see how we can cater for as many people as possible. We will also change it up every now and then. Currently the format will be as follows: From town, outside Revolution Cycles @ 6:00am, Around Green Point, Sea Point, Camps Bay, Up Llandudno Hill. Some people can turn around here, if they want.Carry on through Hout Bay, Up Chappies, Back the same way. It will be aimed at medium riders, and as a recovery ride for stronger riders. We will sprint up the 3 major climbs and wait at the top. +/- 2.5 hours. I think this will work. What day are thinking?
Rydogg Posted February 13, 2014 Share Monday or Tuesday? Monday fits in with the TMB program nicely.

T-Bob Posted February 17, 2014 Share When you say 'Llandudno Hill' do you just mean the coast road or are you thinking of turning down to go down to the beach at Llandudno and do some hill training back to the top before carrying on to Down "bossie to Chappies? JGR Posted February 17, 2014 Share You can also include Mount Rhodes detour on Suikerbossie for some extra switchbacks.
