I have never done it before. My gf does the Pump and Shape classes. And they are very good!!! I prefer following a gym program with a partner instead of having someone tell me what to do.

I'm the oppostie again, if i do it with a partner i find there is no discipline, i.e. more than you need to, taking longer breaks, etc

Really good workout. Enjoyed it while I was a member. You can also try the kenesis and bootcamp classes. Improved my overall fitness.

[/Quote] yeah I suppose it would give you a nice Cardio workout.

Back to the 24 so from the top of your head can you remember what exercise you all did? I at least want to try the exercises out once before going there and making a complete tool of myself, also do you do the same stuff all the time or does it get mixed up quite abit?

I quite VA about 4 months ago - cant really remember. The exercises depends on the particular instructor and varies. Don't worry about making a fool of yourself. I always went at my own pace, which increased as my fitness got better. 24 was a good mix of cardio and strength training.

I am sure that it will be good as I have heard other members in the club saying good things about it. I actually wanted to try see if I can attend one of the sessions during next week, but with the holidays now upon us, I am not sure if it will be running.

I attended 2 classes last night : 30min "Bums and Tums".... :-) and then went for the 60min "Power Pump" class.

Whilst "Bums and Tums" sounds nice and cute, it was anything but the opposite. Basically inetrval sessions doing

squats, lunges, jumps, up and down an aerobic stepper, sit-ups, etc.

"Power Pump" was also about different variations of squats and lunges, but using free weights. Again there were sit-ups and the like.

With all the squats and lunges that were done, my legs were SHATTERED. What was embarrisng about the whole saga was that I was the only man in both classes and I could not keep up with some of the ladies. More men definately need to attend these type of classes. A very good cross training session and I intend to include one or two of these classes in my programme per week.

So, even if you are currently very cycling fit, do not be surprised if you discover some extra leg muscles with the 24 Class and the Killer Abs.

So I had my 24 class today, wasn't a bad as a I was expecting it to be, could've been better if I didn't do abs the Thursday & Friday before &

Some Vo2 intervals this morning. Being a Saturday & holiday season I was lucky to have to instructor all to my self. Now to recover & do this whole of next week again.

So I've done 3 classes thus far & it's hectic. Must say the legs are not recovering in time as I'm busy with a very specific Training Plan right now. Thankfully it finishes on Wed then I'll be attempting 24 classes twice a week, tues & thur's. Good luck guys to all who is still considering this. Btw I hear the TS10 is even harder anyone try this?
