Great and unexpected service from Finish Line Cycles

I started cycling again after fifteen years, and was lucky to be referred to Clint at Finish line cycles. I really enjoy my Merida XT, and his recommendation was spot on for my needs and we stayed in my budget. My son has outgrown his medium Avalanche, so much so that he needed an XL. He has his heart set on a Silverback Sola 3. Clint did not have stock (the large just did not make it for those looong legs), and Clint were told it will be there Saturday. We agreed that I would come and get it today. Shipment issues and no bike, until the New Year. To my surprise I got a phone call this afternoon from Clint, to come and pickup a loaner for my son. Now he has a Merida 96 HSF 3000, as a loaner. There is one very excited 17 year old that is going to kill his dad this afternoon! It is great to get this type of service, and we will be driving from Centurion to Kempton on a regular basis. Pricing is also great! And, thanks for giving my bike a once over as well!

Many positive threads about Clint and the manne from finish line for a reason, they believe in good pricing, good service, and they a great bunch of passionate cyclists.

Clint always goes out of his way to help, if there is a issue(does not happen often, but as we all know in any industry it does from time to time happen ) LET CLINT KNOW I ASSURE YOU IT WILL BE SORTED A.S.A.P

GOOD JOB BOYS

I've known Clint for more than 20 years and he was my LBS then. Even now, whenever I assist someone in purchasing a new bike I will inevitably end up at Finish Line. Whenever I walk in there (which may only be once a year these days) I always receive a loud enthusiastic greeting. Clint has always gone out of his way to assist so that kind of service that you experienced is the norm there. Even though it is a good distance out of my way FLC is the only shop I consider an LBS.

I even designed the first edition of their logo :D
