wvr Posted January 14, 2014 Share On Saturday Morning, 12 January 2014 at 06h15, a road cyclist was travelling along Andre Greyvensteyn Ave, past Simba Chips towards Garden Court. Just past Hulley Road on the left he started started to climb the hill towards the bridge that crosses the railway line, towards Pretoria Road and Kempton Park. It was at the top of the hill that he was hijacked by three men armed with a gun and a knife. The gang took all possession (even removed gloves to check for wedding ring) but left the bike.
