Aaah - the 7 stanes trails. For 5 years Glentress and Innerleithen were my local trails.

Could well work here BUT - these world class trails and centres were funded by EU money (Bonny Scotland is considered a 'rural and poor' EU country and hence qualifies) to the tune of over 4 million Euros.

the exact reason why in the SA that exists now the project won't work. You can't ensure safety on the tracks from crooks

Not in suburban areas no, but thats the case worldwide.

 

We could definately do this in areas like the Berg, Knysna, Rustlers Valley, Malotis etc...
